Job summary

Bizdeed Hr Solutions is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager (B2B) to lead marketing strategy for its growing managed office business. You will own brand storytelling, demand generation, and external ecosystem partnerships, driving awareness and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strong digital skillset, and proficiency in marketing automation and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG/BS/MS in marketing/communications/visual communications/graphic design or related field with minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing & communications.
• Experience of working in a marketing & communications, agency setup / managing a team of marketing & communication professionals.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo etc), adobe suite including after effects, InDesign Interactive, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Build & elevate a brand narrative highlighting the organization as a visionary market influencer.
• Develop, execute marketing & communication strategies to meet business objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies including design, promotions, and presentation materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Plan yearly and monthly marketing communications calendars to align with business goals.
• Create, manage marketing campaigns across channels and report on performance.
• Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers & other stakeholders to strengthen branding.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager B2B marketing efforts for our growing managed office business & design and build business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B strategy, brand building, digital marketing and demand generation, particularly targeting fast growing startups and established enterprise clients.

External:

• Build & elevate a brand narrative that highlights the organization and its leadership as visionary market influencers
• Develop, execute marketing & communication strategies to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategiesincluding design, promotions, and presentation materials—tailored to diverse stakeholders such as building owners, clients, investors (via PPTs and pitch decks), potential clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Yearly (brand awareness, lead generation, or customer retention) & monthly marketing communications calendar stating strategic roadmap, detailing the company's messaging & campaigns across all communication channels to ensure they align with broader business goals.
• Create, manage marketing campaigns, analyze & report on the performance of marketing campaigns & adjust strategies (as & when necessary) across multiple channels, content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, website, online & offline forums of market, creating impactful presence & representing the company at enormous level.
• Develop, maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers & other key stakeholders, messaging & branding, brand building, thought process at Micro & Macro level of MarkComm, managing company's brand & ensure consistency across all channels.
• Maintain a strong presence on platforms relevant to the managed office spaces and real estate ecosystem.
• Create & maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital & print communications, including but not limited to property brochures, flyers, infographics, creative presentations, pitch decks, promotion campaigns, marketing event etc.
• Translate information about business into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand & impactful.
• Ability to work independently & under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to receive, interpret & implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in design work.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with problem solving approach & should be able to manage multiple projects & simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas to others through written, drawn & verbal means.
• Gather all relevant facts for each project & ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.

Internal:

• Generate clear ideas, concepts, designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Excellent communication & project management skills while staying on top of the latest standards, processes & trends in the visual & print design field.
• Targeted flow of leads generation process so sales team has funnel to work upon.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, Management & concerned team members in order to create compelling designs

Requirements and skills
