• Experience in digital marketing and communication.
• Organizational skills to self‑manage and execute campaigns, measure and analyze performance for improvements.
• Ability to create and manage SEO, email, Google Ads, social media organic, and paid campaigns.
• Google Analytics knowledge to interpret data, improve data collection and develop reports for analysis.
• Technical knowledge to work with the website development and design team, incorporate or facilitate changes, analyze website performance and suggest improvements.
• Strong communication skills to share client’s message via marketing collateral including posters, brochures, emails, PR, reports, and more.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple people across the organization.
• Ability to develop a plan and calendar based on decided strategies for marketing.
• Support the team in content and communication needs as well as participation in organization events.
• Strong content development and editing skills to develop drafts for multiple content formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team and support in activities.
• Exposure to the social sector and non-profit organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
