Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an experienced EHS Technical Lead to configure, enhance and deploy Enablon-based software for sustainability, health, safety, and environmental initiatives. You will work with global SMEs and clients to tailor technology solutions that meet regulatory and business needs.

The role requires deep Enablon hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in dashboards, data integration, and project leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 6+ years in EHS, with at least 4 years hands-on Enablon experience.
• Experience developing integrations and dashboards/reports.
• Strong written and oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong project management, prioritisation, planning, and execution.
• Fluency in English; B2 certification required.

Job Summary

• Configure, enhance, and modify EHS software used for environmental, health, safety, and sustainability purposes.
• Understand client requirements and work with specialists to assess options and design suitable EHS technology solutions.
• Collaborate with global SMEs, colleagues, and clients to solve technical and business challenges.
• Lead EHS software configuration and deployment activities, including requirements gathering, design documentation, configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live preparation.
• Support project managers with risk, budget, task planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Act as a senior technical expert for platforms such as Enablon, supporting configuration teams and handling advanced configuration tasks.
• Provide ongoing technical support to regional project teams, resolve issues, and recommend best practices for Enablon functionality and configuration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field; equivalent work experience may also be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in EHS, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Enablon.
• Experience developing integrations and implementing key features such as dashboards and reports.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong support orientation with the ability to independently research and resolve client queries, regulatory issues, industry practices, and technology-related challenges.
• Excellent project management skills, including prioritisation, planning, task delegation, performance tracking, and project execution.
• Experience leading new or start-up projects where processes need to be defined, implemented, and improved.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; B2 certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in domains such as incident management, safety, audits and inspections, sustainability, environment, compliance data management, enterprise risk, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems, or quality systems.
• Background in software development, environmental disciplines, or occupational safety.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Ability to use, modify, or write code such as C#, M, SQL, or XML.
• Enablon platform or solution certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of a second language, especially Spanish, German, or Chinese, is an advantage.
