Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a senior Enablon specialist to manage advanced configuration, data integration, and ongoing enhancements. You will own Level 3 tickets, perform analysis, testing, packaging, and production handoffs, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role involves coordinating with release teams, maintaining SOPs and runbooks, mentoring L2 staff, and designing scalable integrations between Enablon and central data lake or third‑party systems to support data governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands‑on Enablon experience in implementations or post‑production support
• Strong Enablon configuration skills: workflows, rules, notifications, settings tables and forms
• Strong SQL and data‑manipulation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Advanced Enablon configuration: rules engine, notifications, workflows, conditional fields, settings tables and forms
• Own Level 3 tickets through analysis, build/configure, unit testing, packaging and production handoff
• Design, develop and maintain integrations between Enablon and data lake / third‑party systems
• Support intake, triage and ticket delivery; provide time estimates
• Coordinate with release/project teams for scheduled releases and off‑cycle fixes
• Contribute to SOPs, runbooks, SLAs and playbooks to improve support maturity
• Mentor L2 team; create troubleshooting templates and test cases
• Participate in weekly ticket reviews and quarterly steering reviews
• Transform and ingest large datasets into Enablon taxonomy; perform post‑load reconciliation and data quality checks

Job description

ROLE

• Advanced configuration and enhancements


• Implement and maintain advanced Enablon configurations: rules engine, notifications, workflows, conditional fields, settings tables, sub-forms and other platform features


• Implement approved functional enhancements and resolve defects for deployed modules


• Support intake, triage & ticket delivery


• Work from tickets escalated by L1/L2 after initial analysis; provide clear time estimates before starting Level 3 work


• Own Level 3 tickets through analysis, build/configure, unit testing, packaging and handoff for production deployment


• Coordinate with release/project teams for scheduled releases and support off‑cycle emergency fixes as required


• Contribute to and maintain SOPs, runbooks, SLAs and support playbooks to improve in‑house support maturity


• Mentor and upskill L2 team; create troubleshooting templates, runbooks and test cases to reduce re‑escalations


• Participate in weekly ticket‑review meetings and quarterly steering reviews; proactively communicate capacity constraints and risks


• Design, develop and maintain integrations between Enablon and central data lake / third‑party systems; perform mapping, remapping and significant integration revisions


• Transform, validate and ingest large datasets into Enablon taxonomy; perform bulk uploads, post‑load reconciliation and data quality checks

REQUIREMENTS

• Enablon Implementation and configuration/SQL /Data Manipulation


• Nabsic, Enablon ECP ticketing, Javascript, SQL programming


• 8+ years hands‑on Enablon experience in implementations or post‑production support, across multiple modules


• Strong Enablon configuration skills: workflows, rules, notifications, settings tables, conditional fields and forms


• Strong SQL and data‑manipulation skills


• Proven debugging, root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving abilities


• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to present technical work to non‑technical stakeholders and provide time estimates
