The role encompasses policy development, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, training, incident investigation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure zero accidents, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture, enabling smooth and safe project execution.

About the Role

• Review & implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO standards, and client requirements across all site operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and lead incident investigations.
• Drive safety culture, conduct training programs, and enforce PPE and safe work practices.
• Maintain EHS documentation, prepare dashboards, and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

About You

• 5+ years in Data Centre projects and overall experience of 15+ years.
• Engineering Degree.
• NEBOSH certification.
