• Execute omnichannel strategies and marketing automation using AI for content and behavior modeling.

• Implement AI-powered digital payments (ENACH, WhatsApp Payments, fraud detection) driving 20% revenue growth.
• Execute omnichannel strategies and marketing automation using AI for content and behavior modeling.
• Champion enterprise AI adoption for UX optimization, workflow automation, and data-driven decisions.
• Gather and document business requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and prepare scope for new systems/changes.
