Required Skills

• Proven experience leading large-scale, multidisciplinary technology/digital organizations
• Experience managing 1,000+ professionals across multiple geographies.
• Strong background in Digital Transformation, Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, commerce, or Experience Transformation
• Demonstrated experience working with mature Western markets, particularly the US
• Strong understanding of global delivery models, GCCs, and distributed technology organizations
• Experience with P&L, financial management, utilization, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and global business stakeholders
• Proven experience in practice building, business growth, presales, and solutioning
• Entrepreneurial mindset—experiencing building a practice, business, capability, or organization from the ground up is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI-led / AI-embedded digital transformation
