Job summary

Career Mantra Pvt. Ltd. invites a creative content creator to become the face of our brand, producing engaging reels, campus videos, and promotional content aimed at students in India.

You’ll script, shoot, and edit across Hindi and English, collaborate with marketing and admissions teams, and track engagement to grow inquiries. A strong portfolio and on-camera presence are essential, with a passion for education content.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of engaging videos, reels, or social content.
• Confident on-camera presence and clear communication.
• Basic shooting and editing skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and hooks.
• Experience in education or youth content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and present Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, campus videos, and promotional content.
• Develop scripts about college admissions, career options, student life, and education.
• Shoot student interviews, campus tours, event coverage, and success stories.
• Take content from idea to publication—research, scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Collaborate with influencers and marketing/admissions teams.
• Track engagement, audience growth, and inquiries generated through content.
