Job summary

HH Global is seeking a proactive Digital Communications Assistant to join our Global Marketing team in Mumbai. You will support client communications, email campaigns, SEO, content updates and analytics across a global business.

This role offers exposure to marketing automation, ABM initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with Engagement and Growth teams. Strong English, detail orientation and CMS experience are important for success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Email Marketing, Marketing Operations or a related field.
• Experience creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters or marketing communications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Poppulo or similar.
• Basic HTML proficiency with familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), website CMS platforms (preferably WordPress), SEO and digital reporting.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics including CTR, conversion rate, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and distribute external communications including newsletters, client updates, campaigns and business announcements.
• Partner with Client Engagement and Growth teams to deliver targeted communications that support client relationships and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate communication requests and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content; monitor and report on email campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Support client engagement, growth communications, and future ABM initiatives.
• Assist with website content updates, digital asset management, and CMS administration.
• Track website and campaign performance using GA4 and other reporting tools.
• Support SEO activities, content optimization and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, reporting and performance optimization.
• Maintain marketing databases, communication records, templates and documentation.
• Coordinate project timelines and support ongoing marketing operations.
