Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a proactive Activation Lead to drive client activation and onboarding in the first 30 days, and to enhance activation through team-based efforts.

You will identify friction points, build activation dashboards and MIS reports, use data-driven insights to optimize client journeys, and collaborate with Product & Technology teams to improve onboarding flows. You will mentor activation teams, lead performance reviews, and enforce accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive client activation, engagement, and early trading behaviour within the first 30 days through a team
• Enhance onboarding (Activation) experience to improve activation rates
• Identify and resolve Activation friction points through continuous process improvements
• Develop and monitor activation dashboards and MIS reports
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client journeys and outcomes
• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to improve digital onboarding flows and automation
• Lead, mentor, and manage activation teams handling high-volume inflow
• Conduct regular performance reviews and drive accountability and process discipline
