Job summary

Narayana Health is seeking a role focused on educating patients and caregivers about its digital services in Bengaluru. You will assist with downloading, registering, and navigating health apps, and promote online booking, teleconsultations, and digital payments to improve patient experiences.

You will guide users in creating digital health profiles, resolve basic queries, and collect feedback to drive service improvements while coordinating with hospital departments for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc. preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support, patient engagement, sales, operations, or digital support roles.
