Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in fitting, assembling, and maintaining dies, molds, and related tooling for automotive plastic components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements using standard instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Knowledge of basic machining, mechanical maintenance, and troubleshooting of die-related issues during production.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety practices, quality standards, and shop-floor procedures in an industrial environment.
• ITI, diploma or equivalent in fitter, tool & die, mechanical, or related trade.
• Prior experience in an automotive or plastics manufacturing plant, especially in die fitting or tooling, is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks in a factory setting.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Die Fitter role located in Rewari.
