Neuraleap Group is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to manage the domestic diamond jewellery market from Kandivali. You will coordinate design and product development, plan collections around client orders, and support clients with catalogues and marketing content.

The role requires 7+ years in diamond jewellery manufacturing, a graduate degree (NIFT preferred), and strong skills in merchandising, ERP, and MS Excel. On-site role with opportunities to engage with start-ups and established brands.

• Experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing is essential; 7+ years preferred.

Role Overview

The Merchandiser will manage the domestic market business by coordinating design and product development, planning collections around client order patterns and market trends, and supporting clients with catalogues and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities Design & Product Development

• Coordinate with the design team to develop designs based on concepts generated through research.
• Work with the Product Development (PD) team to restructure the sample line.
• Optimise workflows to deliver designs with high selection rates on time.

Client & Collection Management

• Present new concepts and collections to clients in line with current trends.
• Study client order patterns and plan the calendar for collection proposals.
• Manage the domestic market and client relationships.

Marketing & Visual Merchandising

• Manage design catalogues, flyers, websites and newsletters for clients.
• Carry out visual merchandising for in-house collections.
• Plan the social media calendar and build content strategies for start-up brands.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct quarterly market research, including:
  • Gap analysis
  • Trend forecasting
  • Competitor analysis (quality, innovation, price points, techniques and aesthetics)

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical

• Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery manufacturing processes
• Understanding of diamond grading, gold purity and jewellery finishing
• Basic technical knowledge of jewellery design
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and basic ERP systems

Professional

• Exposure to and working knowledge of the domestic market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
