About The Role:

We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Jewelry Designer to join our R&D and Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching market trends, developing innovative diamond jewellery designs, and collaborating closely with clients and the Design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Do Market Research by visiting Market & Shows.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor designs accordingly.
• Innovate and create new jewellery styles aligned with current market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct thorough Research & Development on jewellery designs, including intricate mechanisms and construction.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations to internal teams.
• Work closely with the Design (manual ,Corel, CAD, CAM) & Production team to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze market feedback and refine designs to enhance product offerings for existing clients.
• Stay updated on emerging design aesthetics and bring fresh concepts to the table.

Key Requirements:

• Any Design Graduate.
• 2-4 Years of experience in the Jewellery Industry (Diamond Jewellery preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Jewellery Designing, Sample Development & Product Development.
