Job summary

Prime Assetsource is seeking an experienced electronics repair specialist to support our enterprise laptop fleet. The role focuses on chip-level repair, BGA rework, microsoldering, and precise diagnostics to keep devices deployment-ready.

The ideal candidate will perform on-site client support when remote diagnosis isn’t sufficient, read schematics, and work with boardview tools to restore Dell/HP/Lenovo/MacBook devices quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• Chip-level repair expertise for laptops.
• Ability to read schematics and work with boardview files.
• Experience with BGA rework and microsoldering.

Responsibilities

• Chip-level repair on Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple MacBook laptops across our enterprise rental fleet.
• Teardown, BGA rework, microsoldering, no-power / no-display / no-charging diagnostics.
• Liquid-damage and short-circuit recovery to restore SIO, EC, PMIC circuits using schematics and boardview files.
• Keep turnaround tight so repaired units re-enter deployment quickly.
• Onsite support at client sites when remote diagnosis isn't enough.
