Job summary

GKW Limited in Howrah, West Bengal is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years PQE to lead the preparation and finalization of accounts for a listed company. The role requires oversight of budgets, cash flow, and banking functions, along with coordinating statutory and internal audits.

You will also assist with cost control, forecasting, and capital expenditure reviews, while guiding contract documents and service agreements. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 5-7 years post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on in direct and indirect taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience coordinating statutory and internal audits.

Job description

Accounts Having hands-on experience in preparing & finalizing Accounts of a listed Co in accordance withthe provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian Accounting Standard issued by ICAI Responsible for the preparation & finalization of Quarterly/Half Yearly & Annual Accounts within the requisite time frame. Overseeing the process, monitoring & approval of all payables & receivables.

Handling suitably both Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors to avoid any audit qualification. Monitor Budgets & Variances, review fund utilisation & provide inputs for better Cash Flow Management. Finance Manage Company Finances including the banking function.

Preparation of forecasts of Company revenue,initiating & monitoring Capital Expenditure & return on investment. Exposure to the money market including mutual funds, tracking of investments & suggest new investment opportunities to the management.

Assist & provide guidelines in developing DPR,Contract Documents & Service Agreements. Taxation Must have hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation Compliance with all statutory matters including Income Tax, GST & Tax Audit. Computer Knowledge Must be Computer savvy. Must be well versed in Tally Prime Edit Log Gold.

Exp.- 5-7 Years Post Qualification Experience

Must be a Chartered Accountant with good verbal & written communication skill.
