Tractebel in Gurgaon, India, seeks a Lead Civil Design to shape critical substation structures up to 220 kV using STAAD.Pro. You will develop foundations, control buildings, and supporting structures while mentoring engineers on multidisciplinary projects.

Qualified candidates have a civil engineering degree with 15+ years of substation design, strong STAAD.Pro skills, and knowledge of IS/BS/IEC standards; leadership and communication abilities are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of experience in civil and structural design of substations.
• Proficiency with STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Working knowledge of IS, BS, or IEC standards for substation structures.
• PLS Tower or PLS CADD is an advantage.
• Proven leadership with mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Lead Civil Design – Substations

What You'll Do

• Lead the structural design of substation structures up to 220 kV and above using STAAD.Pro.

What You Bring
