Job summary

Tractebel in India seeks a Lead Civil Design Substations to shape critical substation structures up to 220 kV and above. You will oversee civil and structural design, provide expert technical guidance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable energy infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, review drawings, and represent Tractebel in client discussions, ensuring code compliance and project excellence across international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred in Civil, Structural, or Energy Studies.
• 15+ years of experience in civil and structural design of substations.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Familiarity with IS/BS/IEC standards for substation structures.
• Experience with PLS Tower or PLS CADD is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
