Job summary

A global provider in workforce management is seeking a Silicon Design Verification Engineer with over 10 years of experience. The role requires ownership of design for test (DFT) processes, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in advanced verification techniques. Work is full-time onsite in Bengaluru and involves guiding a team, making effective communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in DFT/DFX.
• Complete ownership of the DFT from Architecture to ATE Silicon Bringup support.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in JTAG & IJTAG protocols, MBIST, and scan architectures.
• Verification skills including System Verilog, validating test timing of the design.
• Drive and mentor a team of 5 to 6 young engineers.

Job Description:

• Understanding the testbench in System Verilog, UVM/VMM is addon
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Good leadership skills and willing to drive a team of 5 to 6 young engineers
• Knowledge of DDR IP Loop back test is an added advantage
