Job summary

Eximietas Design is seeking a Design for Test (DFT) professional to own the end-to-end DFT flow from RTL to final pattern delivery across complex IP, Subsystem, and SoC designs.

You will implement scan architectures (EDT & OCC), perform ATPG/DRC analysis, and ensure coverage closure while enabling SoC integration and DFT debugging. Collaboration with Design, Verification, and Physical Design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end DFT flow ownership from RTL to sign-off.
• ATPG, DRC analysis, coverage validation, pattern simulations.
• ICL and PDL standards familiarity.
• Hands-on experience with Tessent, TestMAX/TetraMAX, or Modus.
