Job summary

Kore.ai, a global leader in conversational and generative AI, is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join the Voice Gateway engineering team in Hyderabad. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and strengthen cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable delivery of voice and contact-center applications.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn modern DevOps practices in a fast-paced engineering environment, with experience in Linux packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA required.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with cloud multi-region deployments and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build & compile Linux packages and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for Voice Gateway applications and services.
• Manage source-code repositories, branching strategies, build automation, release workflows, and deployment pipelines.
• Automate application and infrastructure deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Experience with incident management, production support, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Packer, Argo CD, Flux, Vault, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience working with multi-region cloud deployments.

About the Role

The role will focus on building and maintaining CI/CD repositories, automating deployments, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring reliable delivery of critical voice and contact‑center applications.
