About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems with a strong focus on Conversational AI and Voice AI platforms. This role is a hands‑on Individual Contributor (IC) leadership position, where the Technical Lead will actively participate in architecture design, system development, and production deployment, while also guiding a team of developers.

The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with deep hands‑on engineering expertise, contributing directly to code while ensuring system scalability, reliability, and high engineering standards.

The role also requires effective stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal product teams and interaction with clients. A strong R&D; mindset is essential, with the ability to explore emerging technologies and develop innovative AI‑driven solutions.
