Job summary

Kore.ai, Inc. is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join the Voice Gateway engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Voice Gateway applications, manage deployments, and strengthen cloud infrastructure across regions.

The role requires hands-on DevOps experience, collaboration across teams, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced engineering environment while adopting modern practices.

• Design, build & maintain Linux packages and scalable CI/CD pipelines for Voice Gateway apps.
• Manage source-code repositories, branching strategies, build automation, release workflows.
• Automate deployments across development, staging and production environments.
• Handle incident management, production support, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Ansible, Packer, Argo CD, Flux, Vault) and multi-region cloud deployments.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join our Voice Gateway engineering team. The role will focus on building and maintaining CI/CD repositories, automating deployments, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring reliable delivery of critical voice and contact‑center applications.

The ideal candidate is self‑driven, collaborative, comfortable working in a fast‑paced engineering environment, and eager to learn and adopt modern DevOps practices.

• Design, build & compile Linux packages, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for Voice Gateway applications and services.
• Manage source‑code repositories, branching strategies, build automation, release workflows, and deployment pipelines.
• Automate application and infrastructure deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Experience with incident management, production support, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Packer, Argo CD, Flux, Vault, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience working with multi-region cloud deployments.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
