Nagarro is seeking a seasoned Conversational AI Engineer with strong Kore.ai experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent chatbots and agents. You will integrate enterprise apps via REST/JSON, leverage LLMs and vector databases, and ensure robust observability and security across AI solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in AI development, hands-on Kore XO10/XO11/Artemis, and familiarity with banking/financial services domain.

Competenze

• Total Experience: 4+ years.
• Strong experience in Chatbot / Conversational AI development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Python.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG and Vector Databases.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
• Kore.ai Developer / Artemis certification is preferred.
