Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies seeks an experienced Java Production Support Engineer in Pune to maintain production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AKS, and Cosmos DB.

You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues, participate in RCA, support CI/CD, and collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams; some APAC/EMEA shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Java/Spring Boot applications and REST APIs.
• Hands-on with Azure Cosmos DB and AKS/Kubernetes.
• Production support, incident management, and RCA.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Cosmos DB to support production applications, resolve incidents, and ensure application stability and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service availability.
• Support Java and Spring Boot applications, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot AKS pod failures, deployments, connectivity, and application configuration issues.
• Investigate Cosmos DB connectivity, query performance, and throttling issues.
• Manage production incidents, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, deployment validation, and rollback activities.
• Use monitoring and logging tools to identify issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Follow ITIL processes, change management, and production support procedures.
• Be flexible to work in APAC/EMEA-aligned shifts as required.

Mandatory Skills

• Java and Spring Boot application troubleshooting.
