Job summary

Zoho in Thodupuzha, India is seeking a dedicated pediatric therapist to assess developmental milestones and identify delays in children. You will design and implement individualized therapy plans, and conduct sessions to enhance motor, cognitive, social, and communication skills.

Collaborative work with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and special educators is essential, along with documenting progress and participating in parent education programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental milestones and identify delays in children.

• Use evidence-based therapy techniques for conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay.
• Monitor and record progress for each child.
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support home and school programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and special educators.
• Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and developmental assessments.
• Participate in parent counseling, workshops, and training sessions.
