Qualification
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT)
- Valid professional registration as applicable
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in child development and pediatric rehabilitation may also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized therapy plans for children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, neurological, and physical challenges
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and participation in daily activities
- Conduct sensory integration therapy, fine motor skill training, handwriting programs, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and cognitive skill development
- Work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities, and other special needs
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on individual goals and outcomes
- Educate and counsel parents regarding home-based therapy activities and developmental strategies
- Maintain accurate assessment reports, treatment records, and progress documentation
- Collaborate effectively with speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, physiotherapists, and pediatricians to ensure holistic care
