Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Paediatric Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental needs and design personalized therapy plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions focused on motor skills, sensory integration, fine motor development, self-care, and fostering independence. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home, and maintaining thorough documentation of client progress.

Qualifications
