Mobileum is seeking an experienced Development Manager – Java with 15+ years of Java development and telecom leadership to guide the development team and deliver scalable telecom applications.

You will own end-to-end development, drive architecture decisions, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with strong Core Java expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Java debugging, profiling, garbage collection, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Preferable knowledge of telecom protocols – MAP, CAP, Diameter, GTP.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and in-memory databases such as Redis/Couchbase.
• Preferable understanding of C/C++ code flows and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud environments.

• Lead and mentor Java development teams and provide technical guidance.

About the Job

• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and in-memory databases such as Redis/Couchbase.
• Preferable understanding of C/C++ code flows and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud environments is preferred.
• Strong people management, technical leadership, communication, and delivery management skills.
