Job Summary

Technical Skills We are looking for Developer III Software Engineering, 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic ACC v8 implementation, development including production support. Strong expertise in custom schemas, input forms, views, folders, typology rules, target mappings, and custom objects. Extensive experience in designing technical workflows, campaign workflows, communication workflows, query, enrichment, split, scheduler, union, deduplication, and data management activities. Hands-on experience in Email, SMS (SMPP), WhatsApp (JavaScript) and Push Notification campaign implementation and troubleshooting. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, workflow scripting, custom functions, JSON/XML processing, and REST/SOAP API integrations using External Accounts. Experience in data loading, batch imports/exports, SFTP, file processing, incremental data loads, and external database integrations. Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, data modelling, performance tuning, workflow optimisation, and handling large customer datasets. Experience in delivery templates, personalisation, content blocks, reporting, delivery monitoring, and production deployments. Practical knowledge of email deliverability, including subdomain delegation, IP warm-up, bounce management and sender reputation. Good to have experience in integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM, CDP, web applications, and external enterprise systems. Strong understanding of ACC v8 architecture, package deployment, instance configuration, security, access rights, and environment management. Proficient in HTML for email templates Ability to independently gather requirements, design scalable campaign solutions, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality implementations. Experience in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, enforcing development standards, and supporting UAT and production releases. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
