Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is hiring an Enterprise GitHub & DevOps Lead to own GitHub as an enterprise platform, define SDLC standards, and drive a developer portal with self-service capabilities.

You will evangelize modern DevOps practices, collaborate with architecture, security, and platform teams to balance autonomy with compliance, and translate governance into developer-friendly platforms across federated organizations. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong experience running GitHub at enterprise scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for provisioning and GitHub workflows.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience influencing adoption across large federated organizations.
• Ability to translate governance into developer-friendly platforms.
• Fluent English.
