Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions in India seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to review and prepare mechanical design basis, develop specs for bought-out equipment, and create 3D models and nozzle orientation drawings.

You will evaluate piping MTO/BOQ, vendor evaluation, FAT/SAT, and assist with piping isometrics and equipment costing for capex. Strong knowledge of codes is required; onsite work in Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reviewing and preparing mechanical design basis.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes relevant to mechanical projects.
• Experience with equipment data sheets (MDS) and specifications.
• Ability to design and develop specs for bought-out equipment and packages.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and generating nozzle orientation drawings.
• Knowledge of piping GAD and layout, including isometrics.
• Ability to evaluate MTO/BOQ for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, FAT and SAT processes.
• Experience with piping and equipment troubleshooting activities.
• Costing for capex and equipment budgeting.

• should have experience in different type of equipment's troubleshooting activity.
• Check & review Vendor Fabrication drawing and provide necessary approval.
• Should have good knowledge in Piping design basis and piping/valves specifications.
