Qualifications

  • Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of preparing clear quotations and itineraries.
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers for destination products across tours, attractions, transfers, and related services with updated pricing and terms.
  • Collect supplier rates, contracts, inclusions, exclusions, validity, policies, and booking details.
  • Ensure product details are accurate across systems and channels; support contracting and promotions.
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations for FIT, groups, corporate, and B2B clients.
  • Maintain supplier files, contracts, rate sheets, and product SOPs.
  • Coordinate with content, systems, sales, reservations, and operations to load products for sale.
  • Monitor product performance, pricing competitiveness, and service levels.
  • Identify new product opportunities and improvements to the destination portfolio.
  • Support sales with product recommendations and alternatives when required.

Job description

We are looking for a Multiple Destination Product Specialist based in Pune, India to support product contracting, supplier coordination, day‑to‑day product maintenance, operational support, and itinerary or quotation preparation for the Africa, Europe, and Asia destination categories. The role requires someone with good destination knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with suppliers, sales, reservations, and operations teams.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all destination products are accurately contracted, updated, bookable, and commercially ready for sale across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers for destination products, including tours, attractions, experiences, transfers, restaurants, guides, safari services, city tours, and other travel‑related services across destinations, while maintaining updated product information including pricing, availability, descriptions, timings, pickup details, booking procedures, terms and conditions, and seasonal changes.
  • Assist in collecting supplier rates, contracts, inclusions, exclusions, validity periods, cancellation policies, child policies, blackout dates, operating schedules, payment terms, availability updates, booking procedures, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Ensure product details are accurate across internal systems and sales channels, while supporting product contracting, supplier promotions, rate comparisons, contract renewals, and day‑to‑day product support for sales, reservations, and operations teams.
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations for FIT, groups, corporate clients, B2B partners, and special travel requirements.
  • Maintain supplier files, contracts, rate sheets, product records, booking instructions, internal guidelines, and product SOPs.
  • Coordinate with content, system, sales, reservations, and operations teams to ensure products are correctly loaded and ready for sale.
  • Monitor product performance, supplier service levels, pricing competitiveness, and product quality.
  • Identify new product opportunities and recommend improvements to strengthen the destination product portfolio.
  • Support the sales team with product recommendations, package ideas, destination combinations, and alternative options when required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in travel, tourism, DMC, tours, attractions, experiences, or travel operations preferred.
  • Must have past experience in product management, product contracting, or sales for destinations/markets.
  • Good understanding of destinations products, attractions, transfers, tours, activities, and itinerary planning.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing, product information, inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear quotations, itineraries, and product recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, reservation systems, CRM tools, or travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, products, deadlines, and operational requests at the same time.
  • Proactive, organized, commercially aware, and solution-oriented.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience or strong knowledge of destinations products, attractions, experiences, safari services, tours, transfers, packages, and DMC operations.
  • Knowledge of B2B travel sales, FIT quotations, group requirements, and travel package preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced travel environment.
  • Strong supplier coordination and product management skills.
