Job summary

Minitek Systems India Pvt. Ltd. in Nashik district is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to provide advanced L3 support for desktop, hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IP addressing and connectivity.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of LAN passive networking, switches, and structured cabling, and you will guide L1/L2 engineers on complex incidents while maintaining thorough incident records.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L3 support for desktop, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IP addressing and connectivity issues.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN passive networking, including UTP/Fiber, patch panels, patch cords, racks, face plates, and structured cabling.
• Troubleshoot network switches, ports, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Perform RCA and provide permanent solutions for recurring incidents.
• Handle critical incidents within SLA and coordinate with network/server/vendor teams.
• Support and guide L1/L2 engineers on complex issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
