Job summary

Microchip Infotech in Delhi is seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer to provide hardware assembly and software troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, printers, and OS. You will install, configure, and diagnose issues to keep endpoints running smoothly.

You will assist with basic network tasks, email configuration, antivirus protection, user accounts, asset records, and backups, and escalate more complex problems as needed.

Experience with Outlook configuration and domain joining is preferred.
