Job summary

Digitide, a global AI-led solutions provider, seeks an IT Support Technician to join our Indore operations. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals, while resolving LAN connectivity issues and providing remote support where possible.

The role requires a Graduate qualification and involves coordinating with vendors and documenting ticket details in the knowledge base. This is an on-site position based in Indore, MP.

Responsibilities

Installation/reinstallation of OS, upgrades, and patches for desktops/laptops
Troubleshooting network connectivity (LAN) issues
Installation of desktop/peripheral hardware (printers, scanners)
Configuration of network and local printing devices
Coordination with other vendors for support
Recording ticket details in site knowledge base
Remote support wherever feasible
Installation of software such as MS Office, Acrobat Reader, mail clients
