Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Diagnose and resolve issues, troubleshoot, rectify faults, and handle problem escalation. Offer timely resolution to users’ queries and complaints, assist with hardware/software evaluation, and recommend upgrades to improve IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day technical support for hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose user‑reported problems through discussions.
• Provide effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries, or complaints.
• Assist in evaluating hardware and software, recommending upgrades or improvements.
• Work independently within established standards and procedures.
• Act as a formal team leader for junior co‑workers, setting day‑to‑day operational objectives.

Qualifications
