Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Design Lead in India to manage 12–15 projects per month through a design team of 6–10 designers. You will drive design productivity, provide trainings, and lead design discussions to ensure quality outcomes.

Strong client relationship skills and a track record of delivering at least 10 residential projects are essential. You will oversee daily operations, mentor designers, and align design output with customer feedback metrics while maintaining high standards of design

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's qualification in B.Des / B.Arch or related field.
• Experience managing a team of designers (6–10).

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects and lead design discussions.
• Oversee productivity and output of a team of designers.
• Maintain customer experience and relationship management.
• Ensure high design output as per the Net Promoter Score feedback.

Job description

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.

What You’ll Own

• Managing design projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Des / B.Arch or any related field.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
