Livspace is seeking a Design Lead in India to manage 12–15 projects monthly through a 6–10 designer team. The role focuses on directing design discussions, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across projects.

You will train designers on technical details and drive output on the design Net Promoter Survey, while delivering outstanding residential interiors end-to-end.

Formación

• Bachelor's qualification in B.Des / B.Arch or related field.
• Masters in Construction Planning Management or MBA or Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end).

Responsabilidades

Role : Design Lead
