Job summary

Group Bayport is seeking a Design Solutions Specialist in Ahmedabad & Gurugram to handle after-sales design inquiries, make on-call design changes, and tailor products to customer needs for orders placed online.

The role requires 0-3 years in Graphic Design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong sense of typography and layout. You will work during US shift hours, with a rotational 3-month schedule and opportunities to collaborate across international client projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 0-3 Years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Calling experience will be an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer after-sales inquiries and issues via phone with professionalism.
• Make real-time changes in the processed design on call per customer requirements.
• Fulfil customer requirements related to design for orders placed on the site.
• Provide in-depth information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints for first-contact resolution.
• Ensure superior customer experience through communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues.
