Group Bayport in India seeks a creative Graphic Designer to support international clients from Ahmedabad and Gurugram. You will respond to design requests, make real-time changes, and ensure high-quality visuals for online orders.

You will work in a collaborative team, with exposure to US-shift hours and a 5.5-day workweek, plus benefits like paid holidays and professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 0-3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout design understanding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Calling experience will be an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer after-sales inquiries and issues via phone with professionalism.
• Make real-time design changes as per customer requirements on call.
• Fulfill customer design requirements for orders placed on the site.
• Provide in-depth product information to customers based on needs.
• Resolve escalated concerns to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure superior experience through strong communication and problem solving.

• Respond to customer after-sales inquiries and issues via phone with a high degree of expertise and professionalism.
• Make real-time changes in the processed design as per customer requirements on call.
• Fulfil the customer requirements related to design over the call for their orders placed on the site.
• Provide in-depth and accurate information about our products and services to customers, catering to their specific needs and concerns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure superior customer experience through outstanding communication and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly elevate and resolve intricate issues, drawing on your extensive experience in international customer support.

Job Requirements
