Job summary

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi. We are seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee multidisciplinary design teams and ensure delivery in line with project objectives.

The role focuses on integrating across disciplines, engaging with clients, and driving governance, performance and sustainable delivery while developing talent and embracing digital innovation. This position supports infrastructure programs including railway, metro, airports, and commercial

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience on infrastructure/real estate projects, with 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role overseeing design delivery.
• Proven delivery across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial or institutional developments.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads and develops multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with project and contract requirements.
• Directs design development, ensuring integration across disciplines and alignment with client and project objectives.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships through effective engagement in client meetings, workshops and project reviews.
• Drives performance and accountability, ensuring timely, quality delivery through robust governance and reporting.
• Champions talent development through coaching, performance management and career growth initiatives.
• Advances digital innovation and the net zero carbon agenda, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

• Masters in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or relevant field of Engineering.
• 8+ years’ professional experience, including 5+ years on relevant infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable leadership role.
• Proven delivery experience across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial, or institutional developments.
