Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced professional to manage dimensional and secondary project controls for a high‑rise commercial development in Pune. The role includes ensuring compliance with design standards and directing Temporary Works supervision in line with company procedures.

You will coach junior staff, engage with stakeholders, and drive sustainability efforts to support Mace’s net zero transition while delivering on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capability are required.
• Membership or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide dimensional and secondary project controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout delivery.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality records to verify works against design and standards.
• Review design information to confirm constructability and support timely, effective delivery.
• Act as Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) in line with Mace procedures and competency.
• Lead by example through coaching junior team members and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
• Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide dimensional and secondary project controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout delivery.
• Conduct inspections and maintain comprehensive quality records to verify works against design and standards.
• Review design information to confirm constructability and support timely, effective delivery.
• Act as Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) in line with Mace procedures and individual competency.
• Lead by example through coaching junior team members and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
• Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
