Job summary

Mace is delivering PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on system building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, ventilation and specialist systems) with package management responsibilities across multiple sub-contractors and suppliers.

The incumbent will coordinate with the client, main contractor and consultants, manage interfaces between packages, and drive risk mitigation and modern methods of construction to support net-zero carbon goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical (relevant field)
• Experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities

• Delivers within the project team, working with team, collaborating and coordinating with colleagues.
• Analyses, rectifies and manages the completion of the MEP design, using engineering acumen and business's management processes.
• Coordinates and liaises with project sub-contractors, sub-subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinates and manages the interfaces between packages.
• Collaborates and develops relationships with key project stakeholders such as the Client, design and construction teams.
• Identification of risk and the production and implementation of mitigation plans.
• Incorporation of modern method of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication.
• Implementation of Mace's standards and project strategies.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

The Project

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.

Accountable for the delivery of the system buildling services engineering (mechanical, electrical, ventilation and specialist systems), whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants. Capable of package managing multiple sub-contractors, sub-sub-contractors and suppliers from a package system engineering role.
