Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants seeks a Design Manager to lead the Civil & Structural Design team in Chennai. You will review and approve civil and structural drawings and coordinate with architectural, MEP and project management teams to deliver compliant designs.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering background, RCC and structural steel design expertise, and proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of IS Codes and NBC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required; Master's in Structural Engineering advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.
• Good understanding of foundation design and structural analysis.
• Familiarity with IS Codes and NBC; experience with design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Design team.
• Review and approve civil and structural design drawings.

• Ensure designs are compliant, practical and cost-effective.
