Job summary

Livspace in India seeks a Design Lead to manage 12–15 projects monthly through a team of 6–10 designers, driving productivity and ongoing design discussions.

You will also ensure client experience, oversee end-to-end interior projects, and train designers on technical aspects as needed to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Interior Design is required.
• Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects and lead design discussions.
• Ensure productivity and output of a team of designers.
• Oversee customer experience and relationship management.
• Ensure outputs on the design Net Promoter Survey (customer rating).
• Train designers on technical details where required.

Role: Design Lead
