Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Design Lead to manage 12 to 15 projects monthly through a team of 6 to 10 designers. You will oversee design productivity, provide training, and lead design discussions to drive customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have 4+ years as an Interior Designer/Project Manager, with a track record of delivering 10+ residential projects end-to-end. Strong client management and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 residential/interior projects.
• Experience in managing design productivity and training designers.

Role: Design Lead

Desired Profile: As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the design of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.

• Managing Design Projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).

Expertise & Qualifications:

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA, Design Management.
• 4+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
