Livspace is seeking a Principal Designer to lead the end-to-end interior design process for residential projects in Hyderabad. You will oversee a team of designers, ensuring high-quality, customer-centric design delivery and alignment with company standards.

Requirements include 5–6 years in interior design, a B.Arch or M.Arch in interior design, and a proven track record of managing design teams and delivering high-value projects.

As a Principal Designer , you will oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality and customer-centric design delivery. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, operational excellence, and business ownership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects.
• Bachelor's [ B.Arch ] or Master's degree in interior design or a related field.
• Proven experience managing design teams and having delivered high value projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
