Job summary

The-Search-House is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the product design function for aluminium and uPVC windows and doors. You will drive innovation, oversee end-to-end design, and align products with market trends and customer needs.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, marketing, procurement, and sales, mentor the design team, manage the development lifecycle from concept to production, and ensure designs meet cost, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 5-20 years of experience in product design and development with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and launching innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and innovation for the Aluminium uPVC Windows & Doors portfolio.
• Drive the complete product development life cycle from concept, design and prototyping to production.
• Develop aesthetically appealing, functional, and cost-effective product designs.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and industry regulations.
