Job summary

The White Teak Company Unit Of Obgenix Software in Bengaluru is seeking a Design Executive – uPVC & Aluminium Windows to translate site survey data into precise fabrication drawings. You will work with EVA software, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for window and door systems.

You will coordinate with survey, production, procurement and installation teams, verify data, generate BOMs and cutting lists, and continuously optimise material use while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in post-survey design and production drawing preparation preferred.
• Familiarity with fabrication standards and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and production designs using EVA software.
• Convert post-survey measurements into accurate manufacturing drawings.
• Design uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, sliding systems per project specs.
• Verify survey data and identify discrepancies before releasing drawings.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, shop drawings and standards.
• Generate cutting lists, BOMs and production documentation.

• Incorporate design revisions and customer changes within timelines.

Job Summary

The Design Executive is responsible for preparing accurate fabrication and production drawings for uPVC and aluminium window and door systems based on approved site survey measurements. The role requires proficiency in EVA design software, attention to detail, and close coordination with the survey, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and error-free project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and production designs using EVA software.
• Convert post-survey measurements into accurate manufacturing drawings.
• Design uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, sliding systems, and other fenestration products as per project specifications.
• Verify survey data and identify discrepancies before releasing drawings.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, approved shop drawings, and company standards.
• Generate cutting lists, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and production documentation.
• Coordinate with survey, sales, production, procurement, and installation teams for design clarifications.
• Incorporate design revisions and customer changes within project timelines.
